We bring people up with us
We’re a small, pre-release studio, so we’ll be honest up front: we don’t have a wall of open roles right now. What we do have is a clear idea of the kind of studio we’re building, and the kind of people we want to build it with.
How we work
A studio worth working in
We come from teaching
Between us, decades spent training developers and artists. Mentoring isn’t a side project here — it’s built into the studio from day one.
Junior means junior
Not “junior” code for three years’ experience and a portfolio of shipped titles. We take people at the start and give them real work, real ownership, and room to get it wrong.
Sustainable by design
No crunch, no death marches. You can’t bring people up while burning them out — so we set scope to the team, not the team to the scope.
Open by default
We build in the open and we talk straight. You’ll always know where a project stands and why a decision was made.
Pathways in
A real way into games
Getting into the games industry is hard, and it’s hardest for the people with the least access. We want to change that in the corner of the world we can reach.
As the studio grows, we’re building work experience for college and university students, paid junior roles, and honest mentoring from people who’ve helped others land in the industry. We’re developing relationships with education partners to make those routes real, not just well-meant.
This is a long game and we won’t pretend otherwise. Some of it will take years to embed properly. But it’s a founding commitment, not an afterthought — and we’d rather build it slowly and mean it.
Get in touch
No open role? Still say hello.
If what we’re building sounds like your kind of studio — whether you’re an experienced developer, a student looking for work experience, or somewhere in between — we’d like to hear from you. We keep every genuine message on file for when the time is right.
